Login/Account Issues

I was working on my application and my machine crashed. How can I access my application again? You can login with your e-mail address and password. All of the data that you entered will have been saved and you can proceed with your application where you left off. Start here and login as a Returning User.

I have forgotten my password Submit a support request to Customer Service (see below) and your password will be e-mailed to you.

Multiple requests

I need to apply for multiple individuals using the same e-mail address. If you need to submit multiple Past Tax Return applications under the same e-mail address, suffix a : and a number to your e-mail address, i.e. harrymiller@aol.com:2 when creating your account. This will establish a record for each new application but will allow us to communicate with you using the non-suffixed version of your e-mail address (i.e. harrymiller@aol.com).

Billing Issues

I just called the IRS and they said there is no charge for this service. Why was I charged?
